ABOUT HAILEY PERRY

a little bit about me

Hey what’s up hello – my name is Hailey (you can call me Hails), and I’m so glad that you’re here.

Movement and mobility are my passions. That’s how I landed in the world of physiotherapy, yoga, and training~ My love for all things movement is two-fold. I love to move my own body: you can find me crossing half marathon finish lines, working on my front squat, or in the studio practicing yoga and pilates. But I also love to watch you move, I spend hours watching sports – but if you look closer you’ll see that I’m really watching how every player moves. From new moms to high level football players, I’m here to be your personal cheerleader and advocate in your health and wellness journey/

My mobility passion developed naturally from my love of movement. The more I moved, and the more I watched other people move – the more the same question kept coming out: how do we keep moving, and how do we move better? Mobility. It seemed that more I worked on my mobility, and the more the athletes I worked with focused on mobility: the better we all moved. How cool. How simple.

How we keep moving, and how we move better? Mobility

If you know me, you know that I have a hard time not going 100% in on things (I love a “full send,” if you will). So, I got a little, okay a lot, curious, on how to make mobility work more effective, less boring, and more specific to the sports and activities people were engaging in. This curiosity of mine led me to what ultimately turned into what I now call yoga for athletes, my way of privately programming mobility systems for high performance athletes.

As my career has grown, I’ve realized how much of a gap there is in specific care for women. This gap inspired me to pursue advanced training to become a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and Women’s Health Physio. In this role, I am so honoured to support, advocate, and treat women. I am happy to treat a number of women’s health areas such as pre and post partum, female athletes experiencing pelvic pain or leakage, and menopausal women experiencing their own unique symptoms. No matter who I’m working with in the clinic, I’m passionate about offering more than just treatment. I want to provide holistic care too.

Whether you’re here just for the workout tips, less tight hamstrings, perinatal support, or to come back from a major injury in time for a playoff game –I am SO grateful I get to be on your team.

I can’t wait to move with you – here or online.

Yours in all thing’s physio, yoga, and movement,

Hails
