Every week features a full body, upper body, lower body, and cardio focused high intensity workout! These workouts are designed to be done with minimal equipment, and can easily be done from home or the gym! Thanks to the high intensity nature of these workouts, they not only will fly by - but they also can take as little as 30 minutes! Every week the workouts will be completely different, so no risk of boredom here! Hailey, the creator of the workouts, is also a registered physiotherapist - so you can expect very intelligently and thoughtfully created combinations of movements in every workout! Bonus, she is always more than happy to provide physio advice to help you modify or perform any movements that you may struggle with!
