PILATES
Find me on the megaformer at Lagree West, Vancouver’s official provider of Lagree Fitness. I have been practicing this type of pilates, practiced on a mega-former (think a reformer on steroids), called Lagree Fitness for 4 years. I quickly fell in love with the slow, controlled, alignment focused classes. As I began working a physiotherapist, I came to value Lagree and pilates deeply. Lagree Fitness provided at Lagree West allows for an incredible full body workout - big emphasis on booty and core. However, this workout is high intensity, while being very low impact. The workout is also performed at a very controlled pace, to allow for plenty of verbal and physical corrections to ensure proper form and safety.

Lagree West Megaformer Class
Slow, controlled, low impact but HIGH intensity. A Lagree West workout is one of my favorite cross training recommendations to athletes, runners, yogi’s etc. Only 40 minutes but guaranteed to leave you super sore.

Our signature class. A blend of cardio, weight training and pilates using the revolutionary Megaformer machine. This full body work out targets muscles you have never felt before! With a maximum of 15 people per class, expect lots of attention and hands on adjustments. Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, modifications make this class suitable for all levels. 40 minutes. All levels.
