I teach yoga for people who hate yoga. That’s the best way I can describe my teaching style. I’ve been a registered yoga teacher for 5 years. I have created a unique, athletic style of teaching –drawing from the knowledge gained from my physiotherapy degree and mobility specialist training. My style of teaching was designed to effectively work on mobility, and stability –without the boring or traditional elements. Expect my classes to being intelligently sequenced, but still provide a great sweat.

I’m so happy to be (finally) sharing full length classes with you. I’ve been teaching yoga for nearly 5 years, and I’m so excited to finally be able to digitally share my passion for movement. Here you can find power yoga classes set to hip hop music, as my training is in vinyasa flow. You can also find yoga-inspired workout classes, involving small weights and bands, similar to public classes I have taught at various studios in Vancouver, Canada. Additionally, I will be sharing my signature style of yoga, yoga for athletes, that encompasses mobility flows focused on specific body areas or sports.

I went back and forth for a few weeks deciding between filming these videos professionally for profit, or to provide them for free. I realized my purpose for sharing these videos is truly to support the most humans I can with movement, during this difficult time. Therefore, I wanted to remove any cost barrier from yoga or workouts. However, know that these donations do directly support me, and mean a tremendous amount.
