Yoga for Athletes

I currently work with a handful of professional athletes, providing private, individualized yoga sequences and consultation. This includes reviewing current injuries and past injuries to create yoga sequences specifically for rehab or prehab. I have experience working primarily with high level and professional football, basketball, baseball players, and runners –but am comfortable working with a multitude of different athletes. In person classes can be sport specific, or further broken down into position specific classes or sequences to work on key areas utilized by the athlete. These classes can range from 20 minutes to 60 minutes to suit the needs, and concurrent training programming. Online consulting involves periodic check ins, including video chat or video content of sequences or poses athletes can utilize and integrate into their own warm ups, cool downs, or training. Online consulting can occur in off, pre, in, or post season. Please contact me for individual or team yoga programming.
