BOOTY BURN OUT
Banded lateral squat walk x 30 seconds
Banded squat to abduction x 60 seconds
Lunge hold step taps x 30 seconds per side
Glute bridges pulses x 30 seconds
Sumo squat pulses x 30 seconds
Repeat as many times as possible!
For extra cardio do a 20 minute power walk, cycle, or run before this!
