Banded lateral squat walk x 30 seconds
Banded fire hydrant x 30 seconds per side
Lunge hold step taps x 30 seconds per side
Glute bridges pulses x 60 seconds
Banded squats x 60 seconds
Repeat as many times as possible!
For extra cardio do a 20 minute power walk, cycle, or run before this!
